2019 Falmouth Library Show

The entries into the Falmouth Library show are shown above. There are 36 photos by 23 members on display – the theme of the exhibit is “Architectural Details of Cape Cod Buildings”. The juror for the exhibit was Mark Hutker, of Hutker Architects, Inc, in Falmouth.

Now is the time to renew your membership. This year, you can renew using a credit card. You do not need a PayPal Account to use this method. Just choose "Club Info > Membership".

About the Club

The Upper Cape Camera Club’s mission is to provide photographers of a wide range of ability and experience an opportunity to develop their skills, learn new skills and share images in a friendly and supportive environment.  The club also promotes an interest in photography throughout the community through its community projects and exhibits.

From beginners to professionals, all photographers are welcome!  Visitors are welcome at the meetings, so come check us out.  We hope you'll join.  The Upper Cape Camera Club is a member of the New England Camera Club Council and the Photographic Society of America.  

 

Beginning of the 2019-2020 Season

Our next meeting, on Wed. Sept. 25th, will feature a video presentation with critiques of some entries in recent NECCC Projected Nature competitions. Dan Charbonnet, an award-winning judge of Nature competitions and current President of the New England Camera Club Council is the narrator; he critiques and offers improvements to the 30 images, including some from our club members. The meeting will be held at the Falmouth Art Center on Gifford Street in Falmouth; the meeting starts at 7:00 pm with social time and refreshments at 6:30. The public is welcome.
