About the Club
The Upper Cape Camera Club’s mission is to provide photographers of a wide range of ability and experience an opportunity to develop their skills, learn new skills and share images in a friendly and supportive environment. The club also promotes an interest in photography throughout the community through its community projects and exhibits.
From beginners to professionals, all photographers are welcome! Visitors are welcome at the meetings, so come check us out. We hope you'll join. The Upper Cape Camera Club is a member of the New England Camera Club Council and the Photographic Society of America.
Next Meeting of the 2019-2020 Season
Our next meeting, on Wed. Oct 23th, will feature a discussion by Bob Singer on "Things you'd like to know about printing your pictures, but were afraid to ask". Bob will cover all aspects of printing your photos on your home printer. Bob’s award-winning traditional and contemporary fine art images hang in homes and office across the US and Europe. His work has appeared in national magazines, in advertising and at Soho Arts, Osterville Fine Art, Samuel-Day Gallery, Audubon’s Wellfleet Bay Sanctuary, the Venice Art Center and Abbacino Galleria. A recipient of the New England Camera Club Council’s prestigious MNEC Master Member appellation, Bob teaches photography, leads workshops, judges exhibitions and competitions and presents seminars and programs across the Northeast and in Florida.
The meeting will be held at the Falmouth Art Center on Gifford Street in Falmouth. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm with social time and refreshments at 6:30. The public is welcome.
