About the Club
The Upper Cape Camera Club’s mission is to provide photographers of a wide range of ability and experience an opportunity to develop their skills, learn new skills and share images in a friendly and supportive environment. The club also promotes an interest in photography throughout the community through its community projects and exhibits.
From beginners to professionals, all photographers are welcome! Visitors are welcome at the meetings, so come check us out. We hope you'll join. The Upper Cape Camera Club is a member of the New England Camera Club Council and the Photographic Society of America.
Our Next Meeting of the 2018-2019 Season
The next meeting of the 2018-2019 season will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018 at the Falmouth Public Library (Hermann Foundation Room), located at 300 Main Street in Falmouth. The meeting will start at 7:00 PM and the doors open at 6:30 PM for refreshments. We will welcome Falmouth photographer and club member Greg Anderson to the meeting. Greg will talk about, and demonstrate, the use of ‘focus stacking', a digital technique that results in exceptionally sharp images with great depth of field. Note that Wednesday’s meeting will be held in the Hermann Foundation Meeting Room on the ground floor of the Falmouth Main Library on Main Street in Falmouth. The public is welcome.
